Sales Policy
Babies are sold at around 8 weeks of age, or when they are of a healthy weight to be on their own. We take a $100 deposit to hold a chinchilla until they are ready for sale. We accept cash, checks, or paypal for the deposit. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (Unless WE make the decision not to sell the chinchilla, but if it is you not picking up the chinchilla when arranged, or you not wanting one anymore, the deposit is non-refundable.)
We must receive an application before we will accept a deposit on a chin. The application can be found by clicking here.
Once we receive the deposit we will hold the chin for you until it is weaned or for three weeks, whichever is longer. When you pick up your new chin, we only accept cash. If you do not pick up your chinchilla within the specified time, and no other arrangements have been made, we will put it back up for sale and you are not entitled to your deposit back.
You must be 16 years of age to purchase a chinchilla, and we reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone for any reason, at any time. We are located in West Palm Beach, Florida, and do not ship.
Sale pending means we have received a deposit, buy still have the chin, so if the sale does not go through, they may be available. To get on a waiting list, please email me. If you don't see the chin you are looking for, keep checking back, as we are always expecting new little ones, or let me know what you want and I can see what I can do.
If for any reason you cannot care for a chinchilla you have purchased from us any more, it is a term of purchase that you give us the first option to take or buy back the animal. Rescue Chinchillas- If you have a chinchilla that you are no longer able to care for, for any reason, please call me and I will find a time to come pick it up. We take great care of our rescues, and find great homes for all of them, or we will keep them and they will have a great home with us. All our chinchillas are for PETS ONLY!
All chinchillas come with a small bag of food to help them transition to what you will be feeding them, a care sheet, and a lifetime of support for any and all questions or problems you may have.

If you don't see what you want, please let me know what color you are looking for, and I can usually get it for you within a month or two, or breed one specifically for you. Also, make sure to keep checking back with the site, because we always have pregnant females. Right now we have 4, so we will definitly have lots of babies very shortly!

This gorgeous boy Spider Chin, is a dark ebony. He looks darker in person, the flash washes out his color, he is almost completely black. (See his dark tummy, chinchillas without ebony all have white tummies!) He is such a doll, and oh so cute! He will be ready around July 5th! Ebonies are so hard to find around here, and the first one we are even selling!

These cuties are Dusty (light tan) and Kittycat (chocolate) and are staying her with us! They were Moo and Twix's babies, and oh so adorable!

Chico (rescue chin) - (Was adopted by Tiffanee and Cindy, who will give him a great forever home!) Yay! We love a happy ending here at Chinchillas Galore!
Chico is about 3 years old, which is young for a chinchilla, since they live up to 20 years! Chico came to me from a girl who had him since he was born, but had to give him away because she was going to college and could not keep him in the dorms. Chico is very social, and loves to play! Please give him a new forever home today!
