I understand that this is a very detailed application, and that you may wonder why I am asking all these questions. I just want to make sure my animals go to the best possible homes they can, because I love them all very much. If you do not know an answer to any of these questions, that is OK and we will go over it when you come.

You must be 16 years or older to purchase a chinchilla from Chinchillas Galore. If you are under 16 years old, I will need to speak with your parent or guardian; they must also be the person to complete and sign all forms. Initials: _______
Chinchillas Galore reserves the right to cancel a sale right up until the time the chinchilla is picked up. Initials: _______
Chinchillas Galore sells our chins for PETS ONLY. Breeding or pelting these animals will result in prosecution and you must immediately relinquish the animal to Chinchillas Galore. Initials: _______
I do not ship my chinchillas. You must be able to pick them up or make other arrangements to meet me within a reasonable distance from Lake Worth, Florida. Initials: _______
Once a verbal agreement has been made on your chinchilla purchase, I must receive a 50% non-refundable deposit within the agreed upon time. I only accept cash, personal checks, or a cashier’s check. The deposit will hold the chinchilla for 3 weeks or until it is weaned, whichever is longer. The remaining balance must be made before pick-up or delivery. If you prefer to pay by cashier’s check or personal check, I must receive the payment at least 2 weeks before you receive your chinchilla. If your check bounces, you will be responsible for paying any fees that are incurred. I will only be able to accept cash at the time of pick-up. If the chinchilla does not go to its new home within the agreed upon time frame, then it will be put back up for sale unless other arrangements are made beforehand. Initials: _______
You agree not to sell or give this chinchilla to a third party without Chinchillas Galore’s express consent in writing. Initials: _______
